2.1  We may ask you for personal information, including but not limited to, your name, email address, and credit card billing information.

2.2  We may require you to provide personal information to access or use certain parts of the Service. For example, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, organization name, password, and in some cases, credit card account and billing information when you establish an account at www.timeglider.com.

4.3  Our computer systems are currently based in the United States, so your information will be processed by us in the U.S. If you create a user account with the Service as a visitor from outside of the U.S., by using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy and you consent to the transfer of all such information to the U.S., where data protections and privacy regulations may not offer the same level of protection as in other parts of the world, and to the processing of that information as provided in this Privacy Policy.
